Fresh Turf is on the Way!
We're thrilled to announce that our softball field at Catharpin Park is getting a brand-new turf resurfacing! This upgrade will provide our players with an improved, safer, and more consistent playing surface for years to come.
PWCGSLL is constantly working hand-in-hand with Prince William County to advocate for improvements to our facilities. Our girls deserve the best, and this latest project is another example of that ongoing commitment. We're pushing the county to have the resurfacing completed by April 1st so we're ready to hit the ground running for Spring practices!

Important Update for Seniors Players:
With the new turf surface, metal cleats will not be permitted at Catharpin Park. While Seniors players are normally allowed to wear metal cleats, they will need to wear molded rubber cleats or turf shoes when playing at Catharpin. As a reminder, all other divisions may not wear metal cleats at any field.
