FIELD STATUS PROCESS for 2024!
Field Status will be updated on the website as soon as possible if fields are closed. PWC Parks and Recs update field status at 3:00 PM weekdays and at 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM on weekends.
Fields will generally follow the status of Catharpin Field 4. If Catharpin Field 4 is closed then all fields at Tyler and Bristow Run are closed. If Catharpin Field 4 is open then the other fields should be considered open.
Please reference the last update time on the Field Status page. There may be occasional delays in updating the field status on the website. If unsure about the field status you can call the PWC Parks & Recs field status hotline at 703-792-3282. The hotline will update at 3:00 PM weekdays and at 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM on weekends.
When in doubt about a field status please contact your coach.
Weekdays coaches should report to their assigned fields no later than 5:30 to determine field status.
Weekends coaches should report to their fields 30 minutes before game time to evaluate field status.
